Consultancy is not a line on a price list: it lives in the custom plans. For larger volumes, more markets and more languages, the scope is built together (number of prompts, competitors, countries and level of consulting support) and includes comparable cross-market benchmarking.

What does BIKMA cost?

Starter is 59 €/month (49 € billed annually) and Basic is 249 €/month (199 € annually), both with direct activation. The Corporate plan is custom: scope, term and consulting support are defined by quotation.

Can I use BIKMA on my own?

Yes, and it is the most common route: Starter and Basic activate by themselves, with no call, with 50 or 100 monitored prompts, daily updates, unlimited users and the models included in the plan.

What is the difference between Starter and Basic?

The number of prompts (50 versus 100) and the models monitored: Starter covers ChatGPT and Google AI Overview, Basic adds Google AI Mode and Gemini. Everything else (daily updates, competitors tracked, users) is identical.

And if I want the consultancy?

It is included in the Corporate plan, together with the monthly report reviewed by a senior analyst and the quarterly strategic meeting.

How long is the contract?

The self-service plans run for the length of the billing cycle, renewing automatically unless cancelled. Corporate has a term and conditions defined at quotation.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 7 days of full access on Starter and Basic, with a card and no call. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing. On Corporate the trial is on request.

Does the price depend on the number of prompts?

Yes. Monitored prompts, markets, models, languages and history depth are the pricing variables. Users are not: they are unlimited on every plan.

Is it worth investing in now?

It depends how much non-branded demand weighs in your market. The 7-day trial exists precisely to answer that with a number rather than an opinion.
